I am back in Lexington after a fun-filled and informative weekend in Ft. Lauderdale at the NWCA Convention, and am trying to dig myself out of my inbox and voicemail. This is a good thing though, as a majority of my emails and phone calls are from outstanding prospective student athletes, which is exciting.
Here's the big news for the week:
Washington & Lee went live yesterday with our new official athletics web-site, generalssports.com. Although not perfect yet, it is a vast improvement from the previous site, and I am very excited about the direction this will take. Of course, I prefer you to get all of your W&L Wrestling info from here, where we will have the absolute latest news and an insider's perspective, but going to the official site won't be so bad either. I've put a link in the top right corner for your convenience.
In other news, we have a few more recruits this week and next, and are gearing up for school. The football team arrives this weekend with the rest of the fall sports soon after, so things are getting pretty busy, which is great.
