Yesterday was move-in day for W&L freshman attending one of our many pre-orienation trips, and it is always an exciting day to be on campus. There are 3 trips this year; hiking on the Appalachian Trail, one doing community service in DC, and another doing the same in West Virginia. Over half of the incoming wrestlers are attending these, and I got to see most of them yesterday. I must say that their excitement about the upcoming year is equal to my own, and they are already wanting to get into the room and roll around.
The rest of the freshman will move in this weekend, and orientation begins Monday. I guess the Summer is officially over, and now it's time to get working! Wrestling begins in less than a month!
