Normally, one doesn't think of the summer as flu season, but that wasn't the case for me last week! I was laid up for more days than I would have liked with a terrible flu bug, and was less than productive as a result. Now that that's done with, I am looking forward to working like crazy over the next 2 months preparing for the season.
There has been a steady stream of recruits on campus this summer, and it really does get me fired up meeting these outstanding young men and their families. I love talking about W&L and what's going on with the wrestling program, and it just brings back so many memories of when I was doing the same things they are doing now.
We have had an official schedule change in the month of November: The Ursinus Fall Brawl has been moved to Nov. 13th, and as of now there is nothing scheduled for Nov. 20, but I hope to remedy that asap.
